Azogires is a beautiful and unique village in the mountains, it is mentioned in many tourist guides as the “Paradise Village”. A half day tour to the paradise village of Azogires; The Village of the Holy Fathers.

Prices

Price is 32 Euros per person and includes transfer from/to Paleochora, 3-hour walking tour and dinner at the Alfa Traditional Cafe.

Every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday at 17:00 (transfer from Paleochora)

Pre-booking is required.
From 1st April to 15th November.

You can also use your own car / vehicle, but there is no price difference.
A minimum of 6 people per tour is required.

What To Expect

On these 5 hours tour, your senses will be stunned by the beauty and the powerful presence of Azogires.
Lucky will lead you to the Azogires Monastery and Museum, 1800 year old olive trees, the old Venetian style bridge, the olive oil factory, and little churches.

We will also visit the mystical Alfa water falls, the magical Alfa forest, the spiritual Koukoutsakis and Holy Fathers caves the ancient Carved caves and St.John the Hermits Church.

We will help you unravel some of the secrets, myths, legends and folklore stories from this area.
At the end, we will have dinner at our very traditional Alfa Kafenion.
